Reiki Level 1 - Introduction & Self Healing
Receive your Traditional Eastern Usui Reiki Royoho Level 1 certificate
(Delivered in person, one on one or small group setting)
Reiki can help alleviate a range of physical and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and more. It can also enhance your overall well-being and help you achieve a greater sense of peace and balance in your life.
Reiki Level 1 is the Beginners certification to introduce you to Reiki, what it is, where it comes from, how it's evolved and how to harness the energy. If you have never had Reiki training before and you want to learn how to harness the energy to provide healing for yourself, friends, family, animals or plants, then this is the course for you.
Reiki Level 1 is a pre-requisite for Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner)
- Provided over 2 days of theoretical and practical teaching
- Time: Both days are 9:30am - 2:00pm

Delivered by a qualified Reiki Master with Traditional Usui Lineage
During the course you will receive:
- 2 days of theoretical and practical teaching
- The traditional Level 2 Reiki attunements
- Practical Reiki experience of healing others
- A deeper connection with your inner self
- Embodiment of the sacred Level 2 Reiki symbols
- A deeper connection with your inner self
- Important meditation techniques to bring balance, calm and inner peace
- Clearing the healing channel techniques
- Reiki workbook

NOTE: Pre-requisite completed Reiki Level 1 certification delivered by me or another Reiki Master.
Reiki level 1 and 2 require two full days training for each level, any courses offering less than 2 days training simply do not meet the standards set by The Reiki Association.
